The 2nd annual Sister City Film Festival is scheduled for May 23, 2009 and there is still time to get your 
entires in! Submissions can be short films or feature length. All styles are welcome and any subject matter can be submitted.
Entries are being accepted from March 1 - May 1, 2009 and the cost per entry is $7.00. For more details please visit the North Carolina Film Office!
