Leesa, We have murder mystery events around here too and I've always wanted to go but never have. I'll have to make it a goal in 2009!
barb - this sounds like SO MUCH fun! I couldn't go last year so I am definately trying to make it this year.
Leesa - I really enjoy those murder mystery dinners. I have attended a few private party murder events, where you are supposed to dress in character. Also done a murder mystery train, that was fun. And La Foresta sounds very good,
mike - i have not been to the one at LaForesta but to others - they really are a blast. I love the train one - now THAT would be cool! As for LaForesta? Seriously, some of the best authentic Italian food I have EVER had!
Good morning sunshine,
I just knew that there was soo much more than just the historic value of Wake Forest that held you there.
don - haha! the calendar has really ramped up over the last few weeks - it is going to be VERY hard to keep up with it!
Leesa, this sounds like fun even without the murder and intrigue!
Hey Leesa,
WOW, wish I lived in Wake Forest...it sounds like a real fun place to be!!
Loved the title to this post as well as the opening graphics.
I always enjoy playing in your backyard. : )
pat - laforesta is FANTASTIC!
tony - you are always welcome in my back yard! ;)
@ Leesa - When we are rich and famous I SO want to go on the orient express murder mystery train and I will make sure you get an invite too!!! I love these things...:) I NEVER guess the murderer right!!!
We did this at home a few times and it is lots of fun. Having someone deal with all the details would make it great.
tara - now THAT would be fun! I always wanted to do that as well - talk about doing it up right!
terry - yes, doing it at a function you DIDN"T have to organize would make it all the more fun! they can be quite a blast if you are with people that are "into" it as well.
We had a few "murder mystery' birthday parties when my girls were younger. My son was never into it though. I would love to go to one of these someday.
Paddy - i have never been to a "professional" one - it sounds like so much fun! From visiting the Productions by Jory it would seem that they do a fantastic job!
