As evidenced by the December 2008 Market Update which is provided by the Triangle Multiple Listing Service, Heritage is once again the top selling Subdivision in ALL of Wake County.
Heritage had a total number of 195 closings for the 2008. The average sales price in Heritage for 2008 was $385,628 with an average price per square foot of $136.48.
The List Price to Sales Price ratio for the homes sold in Heritage was 97.63%.
