Oh my, the transformations are starting in Historic Downtown Wake Forest and all through the town for the Party of the Century!  Our Centenniel Celebration is going to be unrivaled and will last all througout 2009!

Storytelling & Afternoon Tea with Mara Purl

Extend the Christmas holiday with Christmas storytelling and afternoon tea with award-winning author of the Miltford-Haven novels. Mara Purl will read a delightful short story from her book, Christmas Angels. In addition, she will host a short discussion on Women's fiction- what is it, how it is relevant, and how it is different from Men's fiction. Tea and cookies are included! HMMMMMMMMMM 5' 3/4" you and the wife are at the same elevation.  Darn my 4' 12" frame doesn't stand a chance.

We were just talking about the fun we had as kid shopping in downtown when we w ere kids. It was either the 5 and dime or the hardware sure has changed. Sometime I don't think it is for the better.
