I have been waiting for this one ALL season! Bud Light Downtown Live will be packed and completely rockin' on Saturday!
Moore Square in the summer ramps it up beyond expectations with the live entertainment and the last show of the series for the year will be stellar! The full schedule for the day is:
- The Al Williams Band 2:00 PM
- Untold 3:00 PM
One of the three winners of the Downtown Live Local Band contest. - Elysium 4:00 PM
Fusing powerful lyrics with groove metal is just one thing that Elysium has down pat. - The Fifth 5:00 PM
- Rev Theory 6:00 PM
- Saving Abel 7:00 PM
- Eve 6 8:00 PM
And one of my FAVORITES takes the stage at 9:00pm
Living in the Raleigh area just can't get much better than this!
Take the time this weekend to head down to Moore Square - top-notch restaurants, historic walkng tours, fantastic shops and the entertainment is out of hand!
My friends, you know where I will be Saturday! Hhmmm, just so happens that the little one is spending quality time with grandma and grandpa this weekend.

It's worth the drive to see Puddle of Mudd for free! My husband and I LOVE them!! Save us a seat, we might just have to escape our home here in rain-drenched FL and come hang with you...margarita, anyone?
Now that sounds freakin' awesome! I didn't know it was that Puddle of Mudd - Blurry... Sweet.
Thanks for the information! I will have to figure out a way to go. You want to stay home and watch the two youngins for me!
Leesa
Raleigh sounds like a pretty hip place to be.
Have not heard from you for awhile. How goes it these days buddy?
Sincerely
Tommy
Leesa, It sounds like a terrific event--I'm sure you'll have a fantastic time---bring your camera if you can!
Hi Leesa, you find more great bands. They need to start paying you and giving you free passes for all the hard work you do for them. : )
Oh, my stars... I KNOW I'm old as dirt now... I have never heard of any of those folks. haha
Hey Jesse,
Don't worry sir, I was reading this and thinking about the times I got in trouble for playing in a puddle of mud!!! Now I am invited to go hear them play. Oh well da times are a changin.
Leesa, My dear it sounds as tho you are gonna have a GREAT time, you always have something rockin in your backyard!! ENJOY
LaShawn - Bring it on! I've got the extra room! Oh, and bring the margaritas.
Craig - Yep, that Puddle of Mudd. This series gets some amazing bands in each year!
George - You want I introduce you to my Mother-in-law? What's two more for her, right?
Tom(my) - Sorry dear friend - I have been BUSY!
Carole - I definately WILL take the camera!
Gary - Now, THATS a great idea - Free passes for Finley!
Pam - If there is music you'll find me!
Jesse - NO YOUR NOT! Chances are you have heard of a few of the bands - you just don't have the need to know who they are! I don't have a need either but then again, I am just a groupie(ish) kinda girl.
Don - teehee - Let the music play!
Leesa, I love the way you write about Wake Forest! When I do my cross-country Active Rain road trip, it'll be on my itinerary!
Morning Leesa,
Y'all have way too much fun up that way. Will have to pick a weekend to drive up and enjoy all the area has to offer.
Leesa! There are so many paralells between our two towns! I think I need to come visit for myself! Sounds fun!
