Wake Forest NC Neighborhood Expedition - Focus on Twin Creeks

You might have seen the most recent Wake Forest NC Neighborhood post that highlighted Olde
Twin Creeks Wake Forest NCMill Stream.  Well, Twin Creeks is tucked in behind Olde Mill Stream and is a beautiful community filled with natural beauty!  Twin Creeks is actually a newer part of Olde Mill Stream and is only accessible via Olde Mill Stream which makes Twin Creeks extremely quiet and peaceful with very little traffic.

Trees are EVERY WHERE is Twin Creeks as are natural vistas that have been left untouched by the builders.  Currently, there are 12 homes available for sale in Twin Creeks and several lots that are still available for you to build your dream home.  The homes that are currently on the market range in price from $264,500 to $472,800.  There is quite a spread in square footage in that price range - you'll find everything from a Low Country styled home with 2049 square feet to a Traditional 2story with full finished basement perfect for teenagers or a guest suite.

Lots in Twin Creeks tend to run from .18 ac up to a lot as large as .5 acre.  However, focus tends to be on natural scenery rather than actual lot sizes.  All lots are unique in their topography and each offers a different perspective on living.

Leesa - Twin Creeks sounds like a very secluded and great community in Wake Forest NC.  Great localism post!

Leesa, This looks like a very well crafted neighborhood, there is a premium on saving many of the mature trees in a landscape such as this. Lots of builders would mow them down and start with a clear site, it is much harder to work around the natural topography and foliage...kudos to the developer, and best of luck to you as well.

Thanks, Steve - i was uber impressed with the builders for NOT cutting down all the trees - it really is what makes this community stand out.

Leesa, the concept behind Twin Creeks is near and dear to my heart. I'm hopeful that the ultimate developer of property I have listed will approach in a similar manner. Another well done post!

Thanks, Mary Kay!  These builders in Twin Creeks made it look super easy to build AROUND the trees and not have to clear them out - it is a stunningly beautiful development!
