Good info.  So Cuomo,HUD and a few others are the problemo.  HA HA HA.  That's funny.  It's the pot calling the kettle black.  I do agree that whatever Dodd/Frank concoct it'll not help the situation.  Hmmmm . . . wasn't Barnie Frank bedfellows with a Fannie Mae exec., Herb Moses for several years when all this, purportedly, was a'brewing?  I'm just sayin' . . .

Carla -YES!  And cuomo was a staunch backer of allowing people with bad credit to get homes.  Now he's creating HVCC.  Idiots running the country and people are surprised the housing sector collapsed?

That is an interesting concept let out of the bag. So the private sector lending had to keep up with the big boys urged ahead by a government who just wanted housing to be affordable for everyone.
