How to reduce the cost of relocating to Raleigh and Cary

When I moved to Cary NC the relocating process was expensive. I can help you reduce the cost of relocating to Cary or Raleigh.

Moving can be expensive

Like many of you I started my search online but found bits and pieces of relocation information.  Most websites I visited were old and outdated and boasted about how great they were instead of providing what I needed- relocation information for Cary and Raleigh. The real estate agent I hired did not provide useful information except printed brochures that were outdated and available from a stand at the local grocery store.

Had I known the agents I now know my relocating experience to Cary and the Raleigh area would have been much more productive.  The level of service one gets from one agent to another really does vary. There are agents that "specialize" in relocation and there are agents who say they do. Luckily I get to work with the best in Wake County.  If you decide to choose your agent from a pretty picture or choose the "largest" agency in town you will get what you get so don't get upset! (Guess how I know!)

Relocation Specialists

These three agents specialize in relocation by offering the relocation information a newcomer to the Raleigh and Cary would need.  Including things you hadn't thought about.  If you need heart surgery, hire a heart surgeon right?

Have the need to research? Try a Google search and you'll find them here on Active Rain, a real estate community with over 170,000 real estate professionals along with many other places on the world wide web.  These are not newcomers but seasoned professionals who know Cary, Raleigh and the nuances of relocation.

Great stuff Nevin. And, the fact that you're offering a "welcome gift" to those who use your mortgage company, is just an added bonus of making the move to this area!
