Well, I could cheat and go on our MLs to look up the price. But I'm not going to do that to you my friend!

Beautiful home in historic Louisburg, Leesa.

Leesa - I saw the picture and read the line how much? I guessed $1 million. Then I read 600..500..400... I must be way off. Sounds like an incredible deal!

I actually guesses $150K.  Wow, that is amazing.  You couldn't buy a cardboard box for that here.

Wow, Leesa, my guess would be close to the million dollar mark as well....here it would be more.  I'm going to check back, that place is just incredible!

Leesa, Okay, I almost fell out of my shoes when I clicked the link to see the price of this beauty!  I thought it was a typo.  It looks like it's in good condition.  Why the unbelievable price on an historic home in your area?

Leesa ~ I was guessing $900,000 and went on your site and couldn't believe my eyes.  It's going to make someone very happy at that price.  Have a contest to see how long it lasts on the market.  I bet one month.

I can't deny that there is some work to be done, Michelle, but NOTHING compared to some historic homes I have seen - it's beautiful!

Leesa, I would guess somewhere in the area of $ 175,000.00.  One real deduct would be the stop sign directly in the front bedroom or whatever room.  That is a very short curb jump from the sign into the house.

It is in very good shape and IT IS PENDING already, Sandy - no surprise there!

Hey, June - no contest needed.....PENDING!

I've missed you too, Laraine, and so glad we reconnected.

Thanks, Bill and it certainly didn't last long on the market.

It's just the presentation in the picture, Don.  It is the most prominent area of Louisburg and can be seen blocks away coming up the main street - very impressive and a great commercial opportunity for someone!
