I know a couple right now who are in some deep trouble and their lender won't even talk to them about a loan modification.
Their lender would rather foreclose on them then modify the loan. After watching this video, I can see why!

Craig - Sad isn't it? When a bank makes a decision that seems to lose them money you can bet they are making money somehow. Banks do not stay in business by losing money!

Wow, prettty incredible, Nevin! I have had NUMEROUS people try for a loan modification and the banks JUST WON'T work with them. I get so tired of the phrase, "Talk to you bank, they want to help you." Yeah, right.
