Leesa - I don't think people realize that once this market becomes more stable trying to find a foreclosure that isn't a piece of ...er....uh...junk will be darn near impossible. So many people talk about getting a foreclosure way below market value but now that money is being printed and handed out like Halloween candy they sit on the fence! Are they expecting more? Kind of like buying homes when prices were at their highest peak and expecting more. We all know what happened to them...

Foreclosures can be a great buy especially if they are in reasonable condition Good report.
