Great first time buyer home Leesa.

And a great presentation of it to over 150,000 agents across the country who may just have the right person for this home.

Good luck to you and your sellers.

Leesa,

Neat little house with a great price. This would be good for that first time home buyer that wants to use the tax credit.

Hi Leesa....I can't imagine you'll have any problem moving this little cutie quickly.  What a great price and good size lot as well.  In my market this price range and condition = SOLD!

Leesa, I am in the wrong area...the home looks so similar to mine.  My taxes on my little (but cute) home are now over $10,000.  And the same house here would go for about $290-$300,00 in todays market.

Paddy - I know, right?

Kimberly - Thanks - it IS an adorable home! (thanks for the compliment re pic too)

Don - thanks!  The price on this is wicked crazy!

Craig - Thanks - no better place than AR to advertise!

Connie - Oh yes!  The tax credit and the fact that this home qualifies for USDA 100% financing makes this a no brainer!

Gail - I am hoping - I can't see a reason for this home NOT to move!

Carole - Come on down - I have the perfect little bungalow for you!  ;)
