Active Listings in Wake Forest NC are down in general from 2008 to 2009. There is still a healthy supply of homes though in a variety of styles and price points.

As the year progressses we will see the Absorption Rate for Wake Forest also start to level off. What is the Abosprtion Rate? The absorption rate is simply the number of months it would take to sell the current inventory should no other listings come on the market.

Wake Forest NC still retains a healthy portion of the sales for all of Wake County NC. Should you need assistance with any of these graphs and how they relate to your position in the real estate market please feel free to email or call - I would be delighted to help.
